Amazing performance!

Got the 7 inch Coating Removal Tool for a small project and it was fantastic! Cleaned up the epoxy off my workshop floor so fast. It was way better than trying to scrape it by hand. Will definitely be ordering from them again for bigger jobs!

Good tool, quick delivery

I ordered the 15 inch Concrete Prep Tool a few weeks back. It arrived in 4 days which was faster than I expected for something this heavy. The tool itself is sturdy, felt well-built, and attached easily to my floor buffer. I used it on an old garage floor, about 500 sq ft, and it took off years of grime and some flaking paint without much issue. The replacement blades look simple enough to swap out when needed. Overall, a solid product and a smooth transaction.

Solid purchase, minor shipping delay

Purchased the 16 inch Concrete Prep Tool along with some 50 Grit Blades. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. It took about a week to get to me, which was a little longer than I hoped for, but not a deal-breaker. When it did arrive, everything was packaged securely. The tool performed as advertised on a concrete patio, really prepped the surface well for sealing. My only minor suggestion would be better tracking updates during shipping, as it was a bit vague for a couple of days.

I accidentally ordered the wrong grit. Is their return policy a pain for unused items?

R Ryan E. 2 months ago
I returned some blades once that I didn't end up needing. As long as they're unused and in original packaging, it was pretty straightforward, no hassle.

M Mia K. 1 month ago
Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month for an extra set of diamond abrasives. Just make sure you haven't opened them.

Anyone know if they do free shipping for smaller orders? Trying to just get some replacement blades, don't wanna pay a ton for shipping.

D Dan Kim 2 months ago
Pretty sure it's free shipping over $99. If it's just blades, you might be under that.

I just ordered some 50 grit blades last week, and it was free. My order was just over a hundred bucks though, so that's probably why.

What's the typical lifespan on these replacement blades? Don't want to buy them if they wear out after one room.

J James 1 month ago
Depends a lot on what you're grinding. Concrete is gonna wear them down faster than wood, obviously. But I found them to last a decent while, definitely more than one room.

I got a good few jobs out of my coating removal blades. It's not like they're one-and-done; they hold up pretty well for diamond abrasives.

Does anyone know if they have a Black Friday sale coming up? Need a concrete polishing system.

A Amber C. 2 months ago
They usually do holiday promotions, so Black Friday is a pretty safe bet. Might be worth waiting a few weeks.

E Elena 2 months ago
Yeah, I picked up some blades last Black Friday, so I'd expect them to have something for systems too.

I'm a contractor, just starting out. Do they offer any kind of special pricing for new pros or bulk buys?

R Raj 2 months ago
Definitely check out their professional discount or contractor pricing. You usually get better deals that way than just retail.

Yeah, they have volume-based savings. I'd call them directly or check the site for contractor accounts.

Thinking of getting a concrete prep tool. Do these things actually fit on any standard floor buffer or do I need some special attachment?

M Mark 2 months ago
Yeah, they usually come with universal mounting hardware. I used one on my old Clarke buffer without any issues, just check the size.

A Alex Osei 2 months ago
Most of them are designed to be pretty universal, so you should be good. I think some even have kits if your buffer is super old or something.

How do these compare to Husqvarna tools? Is it worth going with Diamabrush or should I stick to what I know?

M Mark 1 month ago
Diamabrush is usually seen as pretty solid, especially for floor prep. Husqvarna is good too, but Diamabrush blades can sometimes be more versatile with different machines.

M Marcus Osei 1 month ago
I've used both. Diamabrush is great for coatings and prep, sometimes even a bit faster for certain jobs. Husqvarna is a powerhouse though, depends on your specific needs.

Can you use these tools for both wet and dry applications, or are they specific?

J James R. 1 month ago
Most of their tools are designed for both. Good for dust control when wet, but they work dry too.

B Ben H. 1 month ago
I've used my concrete prep tool dry with a good dust shroud without any problems. Check the specific tool description though, just to be sure.
